Everything was fine aside from the last night of our 3 night stay. We returned to find the water access to the apartment had been turned off. I communicated this to the property manager and they said they would look into it, but after 7pm and 2 hours of no water, they stopped replying altogether. We were unable to shower, use the toilet or drink water. We had to check out at 10am the next day and the water had still not been turned on. There was still no communication, explanation or apology from the property managers. Shocking service and disappointing end to our trip in Palermo.
