Apartment in a strategic location to visit the city and with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo.



This simple yet elegant apartment of 50 square metres is situated in a historical building with lift that can be also accessed through a large stone staircase. It comes with a room furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe, where also a dining area is to be found with access to a balcony with an amazing view over the Gulf of Palermo that guests can enjoy while reading or sipping a glass of local wine. There is also a small equipped kitchen, in addition to a full bathroom with shower. It is the perfect place for two people with comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

The apartment is located in Foro Italico, one of the most beautiful streets of the city center and of the historic district La Kalsa. Here, guests will still be able to admire the main aristocratic buildings of the whole city. Many attractions are reachable within walking distance such as Piazza Marina, Magione Church, Villa Giulia, Via Roma and Palazzo Abatellis. Nearby, there are also several restaurants and wine bars.

We actually never got to stay here. We were in communication with them as we had missed our flight and told them we would be late. We got there just after 7:00 and they would no longer respond. We called their after hours number multiple times but it would not connect. We had to find a hotel which was difficult and we way overpaid. They finally called us at 8:30 to see where we were. They told us no refund because they were there. We stood outside ringing the bell for more than 30 minutes and no one answered. I suggest not renting from a company and only rent from individuals. I will take this up with VRBO once I return home.

Logement satisfaisant mis à part les éléments de cuisine. Frigo un peu faible, casserole à changer. Nous avons dû acheter une poêle. La salle de bain est agréable et fonctionnelle. La climatisation et le wifi fonctionnent sans problème. Et la literie est très bien.On peut voir le lever du soleil et regarder passer les bateaux.

Eine tolle Alternative zum Hotel, wenn man die individuelle Note mag. Lage super, sensationeller Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Hafen von Palermo. Reibungsloser Check-In. Service bei Problemen mit der Klima-Anlage einwandfrei. Haus etwas heruntergekommen, Einrichtung etwas abgelebt, durchmischt mit antiken Möbeln. Hier ist noch etwas Luft nach oben. Haben uns sonst sehr wohl gefühlt.
