Nosotros fuimos en familia, grupo de diez personas y desde el momento en que llegamos nos recivieron con una sonrisa y con una buena actitud. Nuestra avitacion espaciosa , limpia y con todo lo que nesecitas para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. El restaurant esta increible y su comida riquisima. Todo el personal super amable y siempre ofreciendo otras opciones de bebidas y siempre ahi al momento que nesecitavamos algo mas para satisfacer nuestro paladar. Realmente toda mi familia y yo nos despedimos muy contentos despues de pasar unos dias memorables. El hotel es excelente en todas sus areas y superaron nuestras expectativas. Al final de nuestro viaje nos despidieron de mano a todos y deseando que regresemos pronto. Muchas gracias a todos, no recuerdo sus nombres pero ellos saben bien quien nos atendio y este mensaje y saludo es para ustedes por ser un excelente personal. Beautiful hotel! Our overall experience was great (for 1 night). The food is not the greatest so don’t expect 5 star quality. Probably more like 3 star. We had our baby with us and they didn’t have a baby crib. I found this unacceptable! So keep this in mind.

El servicio del restaurant pésimo, tardan mucho en servir y la comida sin sabor, tienen mucho que mejorar en esta área. En el área de la alberca llevas tu vaso térmico con alguna bebida y te amenzan los meseros con enviarte a la guardia nacional, argumentan que el hotel es de ellos y por eso lo hacen segun, al momento de llegar a la arberca nadie se te acerca para ofrecerte el servicio, la michelada es pésima. El agua de la alberca esta demasiado caliente que no se pude disfrutar. No hay donce conectar celular en las areas de camastros solo en el baño de la alberca. No hay amenidades en el hotel solo te ofrecen si quieres jugar en una mesa de ping pong y una mesa de billar. La atención de los operadores de los carritos de golf que trasladan del estacionamiento al hotel son muy atentos al igual que los oficiales de la guardia nacional que estan en el looby.
