Superbe vue, mais standing en deça du positionnement prix... dommage

Le standing de l'appartement, notamment la faible isolation thermique et acoustique, ainsi que l'ameublement, nous ont semblé trop bas par rapport au prix demandé d'une part et par rapport à la description du bien. Par contre l'emplacement et la vue sont TOP.

Quelques améliorations et il pourrait être tout proche des cinq étoiles : - suspensions pour serviettes et tablette pour gel douche/savon dans la salle d'eau - dérouleur de papier toilette dans les WC - accroche-torchons dans la cuisine - éclairage et assise supplémentaires dans le salon - voilage pour éviter le vis-à-vis dans la chambre à 2 lits - ménage un peu plus soigné
