A short distance from the pretty village of Palau, loc. Portopollo, in the Residence Cala Petralana, 600 meters from the beach, 2 km from the beach of the island of the seagulls, 40 km from the airport and the port of Olbia and 35 km from Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda, three-room terraced house rental .
The villa was recently purchased and completely renovated with high quality finishes and furnished with new furniture.

The three-room apartment (up to 6 beds) consists of:
o Entrance from a common garden to three villas with washing machine available to the three units
o Double bedroom (with air conditioner on request)
o Bathroom with shower box and hairdryer
o Bedroom with two bunk beds
o Living room with equipped kitchen, electric oven + microwave oven + satellite TV with Sky decoder (if you have the card, bring it with you), table and double sofa bed (air conditioner on request)
o Veranda with garden equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs

Check-in in the afternoon after 16:00
Check-out by 10:00

Optional services to be requested before check-in (not included in the quote to be paid to the person who will check you in):
- Bed linen and bath towels not included - possibility of rental on site at a cost of 12 euros per person for the whole period

Apartamento de calidad en buena situación

El apartamento ha cumplido en general con nuestras expectativas. De mejorar algo, sería poner un lavavajillas que siempre te quita trabajo. Alberto estuvo siempre atento con nosotros ofreciéndonos un servicio rápido y de calidad. En cuanto a la destino, se puede ir andando a la playa más cercana. Los supermercados de Palau a pocos minutos en coche. Si tenemos libre el apartamento para otro año, volveremos a repetir.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und strandnah gelegen. Es ist alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, vorhanden. Die tollen Strände von Porto Pollo sind schnell ereichbar. Die Betreuung durch den Eigentümer Alberto, war vorbildlich.

Sono stato in Sardegna con la mia ragazza durante la 3ª settimana di settembre. L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto messe sul sito. Il proprietario Alberto è stato molto cordiale e sempre disponibile per chiarimenti, sia prima della partenza che durante il soggiorno. Apprezzata anche la disponibilità degli amici del proprietario, che ci hanno pure trovato una macchina da noleggiare. A questo proposito, l'appartamento è in una buona zona, ma necessita di mezzi per poter raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, soprattutto perché da metà settembre tutte le linee di autobus sono chiuse. Nel complesso ottima impressione, la consigliamo calorosamente; noi la terremo sicuramente in considerazione nel caso tornassimo a Palau!
