- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for the use of air conditioning;
- €50,00 per week in cash for use of the electric vehicle charging station;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
