The spectacular view from the loggia and the terrace in the shaded garden allow moments of great peace and absolute autonomy. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, partially covered patio, covered loggia with sea views, garden with terrace and sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with every comfort (satellite TV, DVD player, free WI-FI, dishwasher, washing machine, oven)
The condominium is supervised by a caretaker present 6 days a week.
