It consists of a living room overlooking the sea on the lower floor, has sofa double bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen ( gas stove, fridge/freezer combo,oven and dishwasher), bedroom with two single beds ( convertible intop double bed ), a mezzanine with one extra bed, and bathroom,with bath tub. On the upper floor a double bedroom with a small balcony and bathroom with washing machine. Well laid out and spacious is comfortably suitable for 7 people . Seaside view and the position by the Piazzetta right by the beach, bar and restaurant satisfy a functional and unique holiday. Parking space in private area with remote control gate.

To know:
- €500,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
