The unit is located in the residential complex Porto Faro, a few steps from the shore, consists of a spacious living room with sofa double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette ( gas stove, fridge freezer combo ). From the balcony a spectacular view on the beautiful island of Santo Stefano with the typical colours of the sardinian sea waters. The sleeping area has a spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and bathroom ensuite accessible also from the living room, with shower and washing machine. Parking space in private area with remote control gate.

To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
