Enjoy an exceptional stay in this fully air-conditioned villa, ideal for up to 8 guests. Situated on the edge of the village in a peaceful setting, this property is available almost all year round.

Important note: due to the pool’s central location, this accommodation is not recommended for non-swimmers (children).

Living spaces & bedrooms: The property offers approximately 140 m² of living space (120 m² villa + 20 m² annex), fully equipped:
4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs.
A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living area.
A mezzanine, an entrance hall and a cellar.
Bonus: The 4th bedroom and the second en-suite shower room, with a toilet, are located in the annexe.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Laurence und Olivier sehr genossen. Die Villa ist super. Sehr sauber, großzügige Räume, phantastischer Garten mit Pool, groß genug, um sich mit 7 erwachsenen Personen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Laurence und Olivier sind herzliche Gastgeber, die zwar mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, aber in keinster Weise stören. Für Hilfe sind sie immer da, ansonsten hört und sieht man sie kaum. Ganz liebe Menschen, die beiden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, es gibt alles was man benötigt, um Urlaub zu machen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super. Schnell am Strand (wir waren mit unserer kleinen Hündin immer am Plage de la Marende), schnell in Spanien. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder. Vielen Dank an Laurence und Olivier. Simone mit Familie

vacances paisibles et bien reposantes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée, avec un jardin arboré et fleuri, une piscine d'une taille de rêve rien que pour nous, avec des transats, un hamac sous les palmiers, des fauteuils à l'ombre ou au soleil, selon l'envie. Palau Del Vidre est un endroit calme pour se reposer, proche des plages, des vignes et des montagnes, ainsi les activités peuvent être variées. Le climat nous convenait très bien, pas de chaleur étouffante. Les propriétaires Laurence et Olivier nous ont bien accueilli et sont restés à notre disposition si besoin. Le fait qu'ils habitent à proximité était pratique pour l'entretien de la piscine, pour remplacer la bouteille de gaz du barbecue ou de la plancha. Ils sont vraiment charmants et discrets.
