Exclusive house of 300m2 located in the most charming area of the Costa Brava only 1km from the beach and center, 6km from Llafranc and 50km from Girona's Airport. The space is divided into the ground floor: terrace with outdoor furniture, large garden area, private pool 8x4x2m, hammocks for sunbathing, laundry room and cellar. On the main floor: living room, dining area, porch with chill out area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and terrace. It has equipment such as washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fans, heating for winter, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, garage for one car and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night. Groups under 30 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
