Cosy apartment located a few minutes walking from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Maximum capacity for 8 people.
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
First floor without a lift with a furnished terrace to enjoy breakfasts in the sun with views of the swimming pool.
Dining room with TV, Hi-fi, and direct access to the terrace. Renovated kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
With 4 double rooms: 1 master bedroom (150x200cm) suite with a bathroom with a bathtub, 1 master bedroom (160x200cm), 1 room with bunk beds (90x190cm and 80x180cm) and 1 room with a trundle bed (90x200cm + 80x200cm).
There is a second bathroom with a shower.
This apartment is part of a very quiet community of just 18 apartments that share the communal swimming pool, tennis court, Basketball and Ping Pong
