Exclusive Villa with an incredible sea views and private pool, located in the residential area of Begur, just 1 km from Tamariu Beach and 1 km from Aiguablava Beach (valued by National Geografic as one of the beach in the world ).

Ts is very close of two amazing beach 'calas' of the Costa Brava. We found the house in a residential area located in a Mediterranean environment .

VILLA SA VISTA, is a beautiful Mediterranean house distributed on one floor and it has a nice and spacious living room with access to a magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. It also has a closed kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom.

We have to highlight the large and beautiful private garden of 300 m2 with private swimming pool, the large sun loungers area and an incredible hammock under the pines to rest and relax with the noise of the sea breeze.

The outdoor area also has a large table and a new barbecue to enjoy family meals with the sea views.

Our home is part of the village of Begur and is located in a residential neighborhood located between the Beaches of: Tamariu, Aiguablava and Aiguagelida.

Very quiet area, in the middle of nature with good access in only a couple of minutes you will arrive to center of the Begur or Tamariu.

In the center of town you can find differents services and shops:-Pharmacy-Supermarket-Pubs-Restaurants-etc..

BEACHES:

-La Cala de Aiguablava: just as its name describes, it is a thin Golden sand cove with a blue water and not very deep (it is considered by National Geographic as one of the best coves in the world).-La cala de Tamariu: it is located in the fishermen’s district of Tamariu. It is one of the most charming beaches and it is one of the closest to our village.-Platja fonda: It is one of the most especial coves we can find in Costa Brava. It has a magnificent undersea life that is located just below a very high cliff which places this cove in a unique and hidden location.-Cala Sa Tuna Tuna is one of the most picturesque coves from Costa Brava, in a beautiful and remote little place in the middle of several coves and bigger beaches.-Cala aiguaxelida: Small, hidden, enigmatic, spectacular and, most importantly, very beautiful. This is Aiguagelida cove (also known as Aigua gelida or Aiguaxelida).

TOWNS TO VISIT:

-Calella de Palafrugell, is a picturesque fishermen’s town locate in the Costa Brava. -Llafranc is a small fishermen’s town of Costa Brava. It is especially recommended for its “Camino Real” which allows you to get to the nearby town in a very pleasant 20 minute walk by boarding the Mediterranean coast.-Pals, is one of the most charming towns you can visit during holidays in Costa Brava. Located in the on the top of a mountain, it was built on a fortress and it has kept its splendid medieval spirit.-Begur, is considered one of the most authentic towns of Costa Brava, it is perfect to walk around its commercial street, have some drinks, or visit its emblematic castle with t Medes Isles views. -Peratallada, besides of its architecture and historical places, the city is well known for its very important handicraft offer, and most importantly, for its gastronomic offer.

RESTAURANTS

-El Palanqui (Tamariu) : Amazing restaurant in front of the sea, perfect to try a great “Paella”. -El Jardí de Can Marc (Begur): Cocktails and author tapas in a garden with the best sunsets views of Costa Brava. -Mas de Torrent (Torrent): It is located in the ground floor of a country House; it is one of the most well known places of el Empordá. It has a unique gastronomic offer that satisfies even the most exquisite tastes. -Hostal Sa Tuna Restaunt (Sa tuna): Traditional and haute cuisine.
