Beach Apartment in the heart of Tamariu:
This apartment of excellent decoration is ideal for beach lovers because it is located in the coastal town of Tamariu, just 2 min walk from the beach. The good location of the apartment allows it to be very bright since the pleasant natural light of the sun enters through the windows all day.

The flat consists of a double room equipped with television. There is also a full bathroom and a kitchen open to the dining room fully equipped even with dishwasher, oven and nespresso machine. It has a living room with a large television and air conditioning where the sofa in turn becomes a cozy and comfortable double bed. Then, the small terrace is perfect to enjoy the summer nights. The building has an elevator and there is only one neighbor per floor.Only AC in living room.

Tamariu, belongs to the municipality of Palafrugell (it is one of its three beaches), in the Baix Empordà region, province of Gerona, in its coastal area, located on the Costa Brava, in a steep bay, flanked by ortosa north, and calcareous rock to the south. The beach consists mainly of coarse grained sand and ortho gravel.It contains three beaches (two of coarse-grained sand and one of stones).Former settlement of fishermen, where they kept boats and fishing tackle. Later, at the beginning of the 20th century, the first houses were built and soon after, the first tourists arrived.



The main leisure activities offered by the city are diving, yacht club and kayak rental. The area also has a forest / park where children can entertain themselves and spend time. Every year, the Nautical Club of Tamariu organizes Catalan sailing regattas.

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.

According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13th, regarding the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations, a tourist tax must be applied to guests over 16 years old staying in apartments and holiday homes in Catalonia.
