Stunning house (150m2) with panoramic views of the sea and mountain, located just 500m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

This house is distributed over 3 floors and it has a maximum capacity of 8 people.

It is part of a beautiful development with gardens, swimming pool, tennis court and playground area for children. Parking included.

The house consists of cosy and large living-dining room with tv and access to a terrace and private garden (63 m2) with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pans, cutlery and a laundry room with washing machine. There are 4 double bedrooms (2 are en-suite and both have access to the furnished terrace), 3 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 toilet.

Pets not allowed. Ideal for families with children, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!
