Ideal to enjoy a quiet family holiday on the Costa Brava!



Semi-detached house with terrace and private garden. Living room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace.



Kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, gas stove, washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave.



It consists of 3 main rooms with a double bed each (135x190cm and 135x180cm), a single room with bunk bed.



One bathroom with shower and one with bathtub.



It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large pool and large garden area shared by only 10 houses.
