House located in a privileged area just 800 metres from the tranquil beach of Llafranc - one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Recently renovated house of 225 m2 distributed over 2 floors and surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. On the first floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, 1 toilet, and direct access to the furnished terrace.



Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: gas cooker, cutlery, frying pans, combi fridge, wine fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor there is a suite with a double bed and shower, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 double room (2 single beds) all with access to terrace.

Amazing stay in Llafranc

The house is very confortable, with stunning views, lots of light, great swimming pool, and walking distance to the beach. We were a group of two families with young kids and had an amazing time. The house is renovated and had a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, and mosquito nets and ventilators in all bedrooms which was very convenient. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and when we needed anything else the agency responded right away to provide it. A didn't see any welcome book in the house with useful info. I suggest you build one with info such as which controls to use for ventilators, light, where to take out trash, options of dining out in the area, etc. The first days i had many questions which could have been easily answered with a welcome book. Some of the plates were not properly cleaned by prior guest. I suggest you check this and correct for next guests.
