This cosy holiday home offers space for up to 4 people and is ideally suited for families or couples who wish to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach. The house is located on a 2,000 m² enclosed plot with trees, flowers and shrubs. A garden area with sunbathing lawn, terrace and barbecue is available to guests, and there is also a children's playground with slide and swing. A private freshwater swimming pool invites guests to relax and cool down.



The accommodation comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom on one floor. The living room features a sofa bed, a dining area for 4-5 people, TV and access to a covered terrace (10 m²) with garden furniture. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle.



The first bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the second bedroom three single beds (80 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi are available.



The accommodation is located approximately 250 m from the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, the airport is about 30 km away.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, diving, windsurfing, bicycle rental, mountain biking, high ropes course, golf, horse riding, big-game fishing, wine tasting, olive harvesting and excursions to national parks.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, pool usage, internet, kitchen towels, and interim cleaning. Additional costs may be incurred for air conditioning, pets, heating, and airport transfers.
