The location is beautiful. The view from the room and breakfast is insane. I can only imagine how nice it must have been when it first opened. Now the state of it is lacking. Everywhere there is an undertone of unkemptness. The pool stairs are cracked, paint is peeling, the “gym equipment” is rotting, the chairs outside our room literally fell apart. Not confident that our room was thoroughly cleaned either. There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in the fridge. Staff was also just okay. I told them about the toiletry situation and they never addressed it. Overall it was hard to communicate with them, but that is also partly on me because I do not speak Thai. The breakfast food is extremely bland. There is also no way to lock your doors from the inside so your doors are unlocked when you are asleep.

Great glamping site for family and friends

Love the environment and the vibes. The tent is very comfortable and big enough. The outdoor in the estate is very calm and clean. It is an excellent place family and friends to gather and relax. Will highly recommend.

The staffs were nice and understanding. Good for an overnight stay nothing more than that perhaps we ere out all the time, do nothing much for us to do when we return at night. The food was great!

It was an excellent hotel and the facilities were great. Regarding being eco there was still a lot of plastic being used in terms of cutlery and gloves for the morning buffet breakfast. Overall though would definitely stay there again.

Noise from the adjacent main road Traffic all night plus very loud music from next resort till 11pm spoilt a nice quiet night that could had being.

Amazing things to do with family

I was sceptical about Glamping, but this turns out to be the highlight of my trip to Khao Yai. The tent was big enough and cozy, while there is Aircond in the bed area. Night time, it was cooling and we would sit outside the tent to just chat. The share bathroom is clean and big and it was very comfortable. My family love it a lot and this is definitely the best hotel/glamping experience I have.

Very good overall glamping experience. Comfortable beds, well maintained facilities, beautiful swimming pool. Nice landscaping all round, but could do with more vegetation and trees for its theme of eco tourism. The WiFi signals are quite weak for the rooms/ tents, so don't expect to go there and still enjoy your streamings.

A different kind of experience from usual brick and motar hotel. Need car to get around. One setback is that thete is no way to get in touch with hotel staff and only way is to make an IDD call..for security reason, hotel should install "walkie talkie" so that guests can get in touch with hotel staff if help is needed.
