A,week in the sun

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are tired and the common areas fairly spartan. The food was OK but simliar options at each lunch and evening. The All Inclusive did not include any spirits - it was another €18 per day extra for these "extras". The staff are pleasant but are required to multi task". ie work behind bar and clear tables in the dining room. Whilst acknowledging the hotel aims to achieve a low environmental impact the towels and sheets were worn, and the rooms were only cleaned on request. I have stayed in the Loposan group hotels previously and enjoyed my stay. This hotel disappointed and does not merit a 4* rating

Raggiunta la struttura, bellissima specialmente nella hall ed agevole l’accesso alla spiaggia meravigliosa e pulita. Mare strepitoso. Non presente come in Italia, la possibilità di abbinare il soggiorno in struttura ed il noleggio di ombrellone/sdraio in spiaggia. L’hotel su richiesta rilascia gratuitamente l’ombrellone da piazzare ovunque si voglia sull’enorme spiaggia. Veniamo alle pecche: scarsa l’organizzazione delle pulizie che venivano fatte a seconda di chi c’era di turno ma comunque in linea di massima non siamo MAI rimasti senza assistenza se loro andavano fuori orario e noi richiedevamo che venisse fatta. Forse buona la cucina internazionale… ma posso garantire solo quello che ho gustato, ovvero verdure, frutta e qualche pezzo di salmone crudo con limone, olio e pepe. Colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre generose. Di tanto in tanto le stoviglie non proprio pulite, basta controllarle e chiederne la sostituzione: lo staff è meraviglioso.

Top Staff made a terrific stay !

Staff are brilliant at this Hotel; outstandingly helpful was Maura on Reception who helped us with room upgrade and even running off passenger locator forms! Nothing was too much trouble for this lady! A/I : Drinks are excellent, bar staff terrific … lots quality restaurants nearby in Morrie jable only two minor criticisms: the dreadful shower curtains round a quality shower and food was not kept hot enough…top quality bacon and eggs but luke warm… such a pity! Did not meet the Manager but they run a really wonderful Hotel providing good value in fab situation right on the beach…. Well done to all there! We are returning in March! Says it all!

Top Manager at Superb Hotel

The Italian Manager, Alessandro could not have been more helpful to us. He upgraded us to a pool view and ensured that every query was answered effectively. The food at this hotel (which is predominantly German) is absolutely first class. The standard of drinks is superb, inc the wine selection at dinner. The position of the hotel is right on the best beach in Fuerteventura. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel as soon as we are able. Allessandro and his reception team are to be very highly recommended as they are the key to what was the most wonderful holiday experience. Philip and Mary. U.K.

Birthday celebration trip

We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Very clean and lovely, efficient staff. Just needs a refurbish as it is a bit tired. The beds were reasonably comfy but pillows not so good and we were delayed getting into our room. No big deal but a little disappointing. Worth noting there is very limited parking there. Food was very good and pretty varied. I enjoyed the entertainment which was a wide range of visiting acts. A frogman srubbed the bottom of the pool which i was well impressed with. Give it a try is the verdict.

Great break

This was a fantastic break for us, everything was great, if I really had to pick holes then it would be that when we arrived the room was not ready and we went back to the reception approximately 2hours later to be told it still was not ready and would be another hour as the cleaner was having something to eat. But all in all lovely place, great staff, good food, plenty to drink, basically everything you want from a holiday. I would suggest you book parking as soon as possible as there was only 7 spaces and they were all booked so had to park a considerable distance from the hotel and walk (or get a taxi). Hope some of this helps, we all said we would happily return there soon.

Short break in the sun

Lovely hotel can’t complain about anything except old fashioned entertainment at night Local beach allows nudity in all areas. I didn’t think this is appropriate when families were also on the beach

Struttura datata e tenuta in pessime condizioni, poca manutenzionde degli esterni, interni e delle piscine. Mangiare non molto variato e di pessima qualità e pessima lavorazione, moto basilare. Intrattenimento molto limitato e basilare. Punto di forza la vicinanza alla spiaggia e a diversi negozietti. È una struttura che richiede qualche ritocco di design e qualche idea da parte di pesone giovani e vogliose.
