Modern and cozy apartment pResidente for a maximum of 4 people in a quiet location, with terrace, communal pool, lots of green and very close to the center.

The apartment has an open living room with an open kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a terrace surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Only a few meters further is the community pool with sun loungers, which is ideal for sunbathing, playing and swimming.
The apartment itself is modern and at the same time comfortably furnished, bright and pleasant. The living room contains a fold-out sofa bed for 2 people.
The kitchen has everything you need for everyday use, be it cutlery, pots, cups or other cooking utensils. The kitchen is also equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom, which offers plenty of space, has a sink, toilet, shower and is also equipped with a washing machine.
The bedroom with window has a double bed 1.60 m, a wardrobe with lots of storage space and two bedside tables. Stay in Costa Calma

The property itself is very nice and has everything you need apart from a working toaster, which is broken. At times it can be noisey due to neighbours above playing very loud music late at night, however the owner of the property can't do much about that. Overall we had a lovely holiday , the pool is a lovely place to relax and refresh yourself on a hot day. We also enjoyed the outside terrace , which is great for relaxing and having an evening meal.

Ferienwohnung abseits des Trubels

Eine Ferienwohnung abseits von Meer und Strand mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen (für 4 wird's eng). Wenig Sonne auf der Terrasse. Hilfsbereite, freundliche Eigentümer. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Aber: Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, ein Problem bei voller Belegung der Nachbarwohnungen in der Hauptsaison. Küchenutensilien und -einrichtung sollten regelmäßig vom Vermieter überprüft werden: Licht über dem Herd, Bratpfanne, Toaster und Korkenzieher waren leider defekt.
