Fazit:Ein altes, gesundheitsgefährdendes, sehr abgewohntes Apartment in schlechter Lage zum überteuerten Preis!In diesem Zustand dürfte m.E. dieses Apartment nicht weiter vermietet werden!Die Qualitätsstandarts werden bei weitem nicht erfüllt. Meine Empfehlung: Überprüfung durch FEWO direkt!Details:- Schimmelpilz in der Duschkabine- Undichter und verrosteter Duschschlauch- Rost- und Lackabplatzungen an der Waschmaschine- Schimmelpilz im Küchenschrank wo die Kochtöpfe gelagert sind.- Verschmutzte Schrankscharniere der Küchenschranktüren- Aufblähungen und Abplatzungen der Farbe im Eingangsbereich durch Feuchtigkeit- Komplett verdreckte Fussabtretmatte vor der Eingangstür- Verschmutzter Treppenaufgang in Richtung Eingangstür- Abgefallene Aussenlampe über der Eingangstür- Uralter Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer, Türen liessen sich nicht vollständig schliessen, zugestellt mit Grümpel, provisorische Ablagebretter für Kleidungsstücke- Kaulige und auf der Unterseite verschmutzte Matrazen- Klamme Bettwäsche bei niedrigen Temperaturen (ca. 16 Grad Aussentemperatur bei regnerischen Tagen)- Schimmelpilz auf dem Fensterrahmen im Schlafzimmer- Undichtes Terassendach (bei Regen)- Schimmelpilz an den Fensterrahmen in der Küche- Apartment aussen: Farbabplatzungen und Risse im Mauerwerk (dem Zusammenbruch nahe)- Das Apartment liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Mir persönlich war es viel zu laut. Selbst, wenn alle Türen und Fenster geschlossen waren, hat man sämtlichen Lärm von der Straße gehört. Einen Föhn habe ich auf Nachfrage am 5. Tag erhalten. Statt einer Spülmaschine hätte ich mir lieber einen Backofen gewünscht. Habe ich leider bei der Buchung nicht drauf geachtet. Die Abwicklung hat super funktioniert. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns ganz wohl gefühlt.
