This Lovely apartment in Central Paisley is our latest listing and only now available for rental since 15th March 2018.
The apartment has just been fully refurbished and features everything that will make your stay a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
We now offer in the lounge a 50inch LG SMART TV with all Freeview HD channels and streaming services like NETFLIX, BBC IPLAYER, ALL 4, and all catch up services.
There is also a high-quality LG Soundbar with Subwoofer which offers full Bluetooth connection for all your Smartphone music files. – There is also LED backlit MOOD LIGHTING behind the TV screen which you can change to any colour you wish via remote control.
There is also USB wall socket connection throughout the apartment to easily charge all your devices in every room.
Our separate kitchen features new Ceramic 4 ring Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge Freezer, 8KG washing machine with fast 28-minute economy wash programme and 1200 rpm spin speed.
An Iron and Ironing Board is also available for your use.
The bedrooms also feature USB sockets for your Devices with another 32inch SAMSUNG SMART TV in the master bedroom again with all Streaming Services similar to the Lounge.
Master bedroom also has a SPACIOUS wardrobes with full length Mirror doors and AMPLE coat hangers.
The Family Bathroom has been refurbished to a wonderful standard with large walk in electric shower with Instant hot water.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Cute flat in an excellent location

This is a cute little flat ideally located in central Paisley, close to the train station & shops. It has kitchen & laundry facilities & good wi-fi which the kids loved in our down time. The flat is warm & comfortable, the only thing I could suggest improving is extra towels - we spent 10 nights in the flat & had one towel each which we tried to wash but they didn't dry quickly enough. Communication with the owners was good too, with an easy check in/check out process. Overall, highly recommend this flat.

Great location

We stayed in this flat for 20 says and couldn't have been more pleased with the location. This flat was very clean and comfy beds,There was very little you couldnt find in the flat that you needed. Short walk to train station got us everywhere.The owners have clearly thought of everthing. I would recommend this flat to anyone traveling for a short time but even better for a long time visit. My flat had no problems at all but had contact numbers just in case.I have given contact info to family and friends for there visits ro Scotland. Thanks for an awesome stay
