A 60 m² garden and a 20 m² private courtyard. - Parking on the property (one private parking space) - Accommodation adjoins the owners' home. On the magnificent Côte de Goëlo, this cottage welcomes you for a getaway between the wild Lézardrieux peninsula and the charming town of Paimpol. Located in the countryside yet just steps from the coast, it boasts an ideal location. Do you enjoy hiking? Lace up your sneakers, head out on the GR34 (long-distance hiking trail) 350 meters away, and be dazzled by the landscapes of the wild peninsula. Prefer the beach? Traou Treiz, along the estuary, is 2.2 km away. To reach the seaside beaches, head to Paimpol, 5 km away. From there, take the opportunity to discover this charming Icelandic town with its port, historic center, and Beauport Abbey. If an island getaway tempts you, head to Brehat (8 km) for a guaranteed change of scenery! 10 km away, the Château de la Roche Jagu with its remarkable gardens and the Sillon du Talbert (12 km away) are well worth a visit.
