The small, enclosed garden property is located in a quiet residential area about 1 km from the centre of the lively harbour town of Paimpol. Picturesque coastal landscapes, sandy and pebble beaches and a particularly popular natural seawater pool can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Paimpol is a popular harbour and seaside resort with numerous nice boutiques, creperies and restaurants. It is located on the Goëlo coast, which stretches between Saint Brieuc and the island of Bréhat across some three-quarters of Brittany. The tidal variations are particularly impressive here and you can enjoy an ever-changing, breathtaking panorama on wonderful walks along the publican's paths.Nature lovers are strongly recommended to take a detour to the flower island of Bréhat (crossing above Paimpol), where you can discover an exceptionally varied flora and fauna.
