This unique property is perfect for train enthusiasts as it is based alongside the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway and offers a fantastic vantage point, especially during the Christmas Train of Lights event.

There are plenty of stand-out features which include an outdoor swimming pool, bar area, three bathrooms, a large wrap-around garden and an open plan living and dining area.
