Mountain dream home

Enjoyed this clean newish 3 bedroom home with a great view from the back deck. Communication with property manager was good. Modern stove and microwave are a little finicky, but functional with well supplied kitchen. Advice: keep all downstairs windows closed and locked when you're not there to prevent wildlife visitors. Large screen TV is great; needed all of our own streaming subscriptions' details as P. S. is in the TV station and news desert that is the Four Corners region. Enjoyed lovely cool summer air at night with upstairs windows wide open; did need earplugs some nights due to not too close neighbors' barking dogs, which seemed to be kept outside sometimes. Could have closed the windows, but, oh, that fresh air! I will be back.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend and it was amazing! The property is beautiful, the home is very clean and well stocked, they have thought of everything for you. The home is located in a fantastic area and you are close to town, we took a day trip to Durango and visited the hot springs and it was worth the trip! Our family had such an amazing time you can’t go wrong with this home and location.

Nice family holiday

We had a great time in Pagosa Springs. The 3-bedroom house was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs! The accommodations were pleasant and the house had all the amenities we needed. We ate in for breakfast every day and cooked several dinners. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I went on several morning runs and loved the scenery, albeit very hilly, so great location if you're looking for a challenging a workout! We didn't have an AWD vehicle but I would highly recommend one for winter visits. We had trouble getting in and out of our driveway due to high snow accumulation. The Property Mgmt was super responsive and supportive when we asked for plowing of the driveway. I have only 2 suggestions for improving the home: 1) Include wash cloths in the bathrooms. The only ones we found were in the kitchen pantry, so I assumed they were for doing dishes rather than showering. 2) Add mattress covers to the bedroom mattresses. This would be more hygienic for guests and preserve the life of the mattresses. Overall, I highly recommend this home and would stay there again!
