Comfortable Home with Amazing Views

This was our second stay at this home this year. The views are incredible and the house is very comfortable with everything we need to enjoy our stay. We especially like the peaceful location in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the San Juan National Forest.

The reason I booked this property over any other was because it advertised an air conditioner. I got to the property and there was no AC. This made the trip fairly miserable. The reason we needed an air conditioner was for allergy purposes and we had to sleep with the doors open every night and it was hot every day. When we arrived at the property, one of the rooms was not cleaned the bed was not made and the bathroom had towels on the floor. The cleaning lady accidentally missed it because it was downstairs and not attached and she was very nice about it and came and fixed it, but it still created an inconvenience.

Great Location

Both times we’ve visited Pagosa Springs, we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. It’s beautiful, quiet, but not too far away from town (roughly 10 min drive). The house was plenty big for our family and the downstairs area is great if you have teens or are traveling with another family. Communication was great and we had no issues during our stay.

Our New Favorite In Pagosa Springs

We visit Pagosa every year and this rental is now by far our favorite. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful neighborhood with incredible views. The house is spacious and clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The well-equipped kitchen was especially appreciated and we used the gas grill more than a few times. The general area has limited cell service so it was very nice to have strong WiFi at the house. Overall, it was such a pleasant place to be and it had everything we needed and more to make our trip memorable. We will be checking availability the next time we plan a trip to Pagosa Springs.
