Beautiful, well kept property. The ferry shuttle service and the van shuttle service were both excellent and so convenient to have just steps away from our suite. Easy walk to the grocery store using the railway trail. Absolutely stunning pool!!! We will be back again in the near future!

Lovely staff and property! The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach + restaurants and a water taxi to Hamilton making moving around easy. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Would absolutely stay here in the future!

We loved the well-kept spacious suite with waterfront views of the harbour. The complementary water shuttle service to Hamilton, and the private shuttle to the beach and to the Belmont’s Blu restaurant were appreciated. Food and service at the Aurora restaurant and patio were excellent.

The wood railings are not sturdy. Rooms are exceptionally thought out. The Aurora restaurant should have more choices in food and the staff was not very welcoming in the restaurant. Everyone else on the premises was very accommodating and friendly. The spa did an excellent job with the pedicure. Pool area was 99% clean and well maintained.

This hotel is just amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the complementary ferry and shuttle to Coco Reef. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great servers and pool staff. Our only issue was that we took the shuttle to Coco Reef late afternoon with a return time we were told of 4:10. The shuttle driver came at 4 and was annoyed and rude that we weren’t there…even though we told him that we were advised the return trip was 4:10!! Not a huge deal but so uncharacteristic of this wonderful hotel.
