🏜️ The Clubhouse is a newly built luxury retreat backing directly onto National Park land with panoramic red-rock and Lake Powell views. Set in the quiet, dark-sky community of Greenehaven (10 minutes from Page and the lake), it pairs total seclusion and star-filled nights with resort amenities: a private heated pool and jacuzzi, regulation pickleball court, and full game room, sleeping up to 14 across 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.



🏜️ Operated by Page Vacation Rentals. Kiki will be your primary point of contact from booking to check-in through checkout. Every stay is guaranteed clean and fully stocked by our in-house cleaning crew. The Dark Sky Haven is prepared with sustainable, eco-friendly products and naturally clean essentials and personal care products for every guest. You'll also find hotel-quality white linens, bath towels, and spa towels, all washed in unscented detergent. We stock basic cooking oils, seasonings, and ground coffee to be used in our standard coffee pots.



🚤 Lake Powell is open and will stay open! The Stateline launch ramp is fully operational and the lake offers excellent site seeing and recreation at all water levels. We're at the south end of the lake with 400' of water at the dam.



🥤 Dirty Soda Bar: Build your own Utah-famous dirty soda right in the kitchen. We stock a rotating lineup of flavored syrups plus creamers. Just bring your soda of choice and pour over ice.

💧 Pool heating is available for $100/day with a two-day minimum, spa heating is included and turns on automatically from 6pm to 10pm

🚫 Please park all vehicles, boats, and RVs on the driveway (the garage is a dedicated game room, and the HOA prohibits street parking) or parking area to the right of the driveway

🚭 Smoke-free property ($1,000 fee if violated)

🌟 Dark-sky community: All noise and lights must be off by 9 PM to respect the neighborhood

💦 The pool and spa are serviced twice weekly so they're always guest-ready. Our pool service company may access the backyard during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Greenehaven is a small residential community with no hotels, no crowds, and no through traffic. As a designated Dark Sky community, outdoor lighting and noise are limited after 9 PM, and we ask guests to help preserve the serene environment (the stargazing makes it worth it).



Other Things to Note:

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend travel insurance for every stay, as our cancellation policy is firmly enforced. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth vacation, weather and other unforeseen circumstances can arise. Travel insurance protects your investment and provides financial coverage for unexpected events or last-minute cancellations.
