Holiday Home for 15 people in El Padul, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
The house is located in an urbanization very close to Padul, Valle del Puntal Urbanization (Andalusia award for the best Urban Design when it was built) 1Km from the center and bordering the Sierra Nevada National Park with great views and hiking trails. as well as montambyke, very close to the different Mammoth routes in the Padul lagoon, the most important wetland in Granada
The house is surrounded by greenery, with a large private pool with sun loungers and beautiful garden areas with different sculptures, a large pergola where you can eat and dine outdoors, equipped with a barbecue area with pillar and refrigerator so that everything is close, the environment take care to relax and enjoy the pool and be all in the same environment and thus be able to control the little ones of the family ...
The house is designed in such a way that it has two different rooms, two houses in a Big House, a more elegant house with high quality handmade furniture where you will find a kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances, a large living room with air conditioning and television 6 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other 3 with 5 single beds, as well as two very spacious bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The other house is rustic and has a large cellar equipped with a kitchen, fireplace, television, bar, a large table for large meetings and sofas as well as a bathroom with shower. This living room cellar stay is included in the winter rentals, but in summer it has an extra cost of 50 euros / day.
In the garage there is a large gym to be able to have activities inside the house and not lose shape.
