Stayed one nite while driving thru. New hotel, so it was in very nice condition. Only negative was or room faced the freeway and we could constantly hear the traffic. I would recommend a room on the other side of the building.

Handicapped parkers beware!
If you are handicapped be advised that they have totally blocked off one of the spaces that is designated with handicapped painted area & sign with building materials. Two of the five spots are designated for their top Choice Member's parking. These spots are where the hotels staff parks. The bed was comfortable & the shower was really easy to get in & out. When checking-in, the front desk had a sign that said the clerk had stepped away & would be back in 15 mins. I could hear the clerk in the back office playing with a baby & just ignored me until I made enough noise to get her attention. The sign about being away from the desk stayed up well pass midnight & all 3 nights I stayed. After I had to park 4 rows from the hotel, it took me several trips and breaks to move my belongins to the room. I spoke with the desk clerk about the handicapped spot being blocked, she just continued to make excuses! Cleanliness was just ok. They seem to lack the "attention to details"! If all of this is important to you, stay at somewhere else!

The hotel smelled amazing when we arrived until we reached the elevator, and it was a very musty smell , I mentioned it to the clerk later that evening and the musty smelled remained throughout the stay in the elevator and halls, everything else was really nice

Hotel was fine though the management could use some help. They ran out of coffee cups even though were coffee cups in the room. Little communication about what was going on. Signs could have been made to explain the issue. Staff could have run to grocery store to buy some. Very disorganized staff.

The hotel was clean and updated. I was not happy that check in was 3:00 and I arrived at 4:30 and there were no rooms available because they were not cleaned. There were at least 2 other couples waiting also. The lady at the counter was very helpful and trying her best to accommodate us. However, there was about 10 people trying to check in at one time. The manager called down but never came down to help. This employee should have had help.
