Polbrock is a spacious bungalow comfortably furnished accommodating eight people and extensive car parking for four cars.
The internal layout consists of four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen/diner, a lounge and a storage garage area containing a washing machine, a tumble dryer and various beach equipment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fan induction oven, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator and a large dining table perfect for family meals.
Modern facilities include a large Smart TV for streaming services, a Sonos music system throughout the bungalow and individually controllable Tado-based gas central heating.
For those hot days and evenings, there is air conditioning in two bedrooms, which also cools the central part of the bungalow.
A complimentary electric car charging point has a solar option to maximise energy efficiency.
There is Wi-Fi throughout the property with 150mbs broadband, allowing plenty of streaming or video conferencing if required.
Plenty of parking for four cars at the front of the property. A garden and deck to the rear hosts a gas firepit, recliners, barbeque, and table with parasol. The garden is secured on all sides with fencing / walls making it ideal for children and dogs (that don't jump to high...).
The beach equipment includes two body boards, a body board carry bag, two beach chairs and a beach trolley for the walk to the beach.
Dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and bin bags are provided to make for a hassle-free break.
Short walking distance to the two beaches of Portmissen (sandy) and Newtrain (rocky) beaches, Tinker Bunnies tidal pool, the fantastic food of the Well Parc pub, the village shop and Bruno's bar / cafe / surf hire shop by the beach.
Padstow is a 30-minute walk across the field tracks, and the coastal path can be followed to the south around Trevose head or the north around Stepper Point to Harbour Cover and onto Padstow.

Perfect stay for a family
The bungalow was everything we could have asked for. 4 lovely size bedrooms with a large kitchen/diner and a nice cosy living room. Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and some lovely cliff top walks, also some fields close by where we could walk the dogs off the lead. A short drive into Padstow and other towns. The local pub is also a very nice spot for some great food and lovely spot to watch the sun go down. Would highly recommend this property!

We all had a lovely week in this property in Trevone. Ideally located for us to visit and explore the nearby beaches and do plenty of walking. The property was comfortable and well equipped, could just do with bed side tables and lamps and a mirror in all bedrooms - nothing that we couldn’t live without, but would finish it all off! Family of 5 and dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely family holiday
We wanted a place near the sea with enough space for a family of seven. The bungalow had four good sized bedrooms with king sized beds and a good size outside space to lounge around in when the weather permitted. Table tennis and badminton were a big hit with all members of the family. The property is equipped with an impressive array of high tech equipment, plus many handy things to take to the beach and enjoy the excellent local surf. Living room was a bit of a squeeze for seven of us when the weather wasn’t conducive to sitting outside. While the property is largely well equipped with good quality accessories, most of us agreed we would have appreciated access to a few more mirrors. Property owners live across the road and made us feel very welcome. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Great location
This is a perfect location for all the little beaches you wouldn’t otherwise know about. Very central to most places, so a quick car journey and you can visit all the beautiful locations up and down the Cornish coast line. We had a brilliant stay, so lovely ❤️.

Absolute gem of accommodation.
Very comfortable with all amenities needed.
Fantastic supply of beach equipment which was loved by all the kids (and big kids also).
Hosts Fantastic, accessible, helpful, responsive and catered to our every need/ request.
Trevone bay is a little paradise beach ideal for young kids with its sandy beaches, rock pools and lifeguarded beach.

The place and location was great, however the bedrooms only had one bedside cabinet and no bedside lights. Very difficult to get into bed in the dark. The property was listed for 8 but there were only 6 mugs and 6 places at the table. The living room only had seating for 4. This meant there was nowhere for us all to sit together. It would appear
To be best for 4. If 4 couples booked although they would have enough beds, everything else would be very difficult.

Perfect and peaceful
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Polbrock. The house was very clean and well-appointed. The backyard was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing with a firepit and comfortable seating. We did alot of exploring during the days and the house was a perfect place to recuperate and recharge for the next adventure!
The hosts were wonderful and provided an informative booklet for the property and surrounding areas. The nearby beach was excellent - a bit too cold for swimming in mid-June, but had amazing sunsets! Close to Padstow with amazing food (including Michelin star restaurants) and refreshing cyders.
Only ~35 mins from Eden Project and the Hang Loose Adventures. Also close to Tintagel Castle and the nearby waterfalls - definitely worth the steep hike in and out.
We hated leaving. Would totally stay again and for a longer stay next time!
