The property is an end terrace with enclosed back garden with garden furniture, with delightful panoramic views over the garden towards the Camel Estuary, Rock, Porthilly Cove and beyond to Bodmin Moor.
The ideal base for your holiday in Padstow just 500 metres from Padstow harbour and all it has to offer and many popular sandy and surfing beaches are within easy reach.
There is parking space for one car, adjacent to the garden.
Equipment Provided - Travel cot and high chair available on request ahead of arrival (no charge). Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.

Well-equipped Kitchen with far reaching views over the estuary. Fully equipped with all that may be required for a self catering stay, including 4 slice Toaster, Kettle and microwave Grind coffee maker. Dishwasher and washing machine. Gas hob and electric oven.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the rear porch with additional storage and back door providing access to the garden and parking space.
