The worst experience ever in a 20 years full of traveling. They are ranked as 4 stars but in my opinion they deserve 1 star. The shower is not functional. I ordered extra blanket they delivered the durtiest blanket i saw in my life. The breakfast is a mess. In general it is terrible..... zero maintenance nothing working properly.
We stayed here on our way from Bologna to Venice, because we wanted a lower price than Venice and it was just to sleep over. So that was very worth it, as the price is very moderate for a reasonably sized room, free parking and buffet breakfast for two. Very close to the highway exit. There were no glasses available and there is only one night-table, that could be improved.
Excellent rooms, everything clean, nice staff but, the breakfast! The breakfast was a show of maximum confusion, and maximum disorganisation. It was Very very difficult to eat something. Really really incredible! I hope they see this review because I think it is so easy to fix that in particular! Please change the way breakfast is served, please! You have good products but the organisation is terrible! For the rest, everything perfect.
four star hotel with good rooms, spacious, but with some key gaps. Minimalist reception area and careless. Modern bathrooms, but not very functional, showers designed to flood the room, no soap dish. Italian breakfast quite poor, staff inattentive room for customers. Located in industrial area far from city center.
Easy to find, friendly staff. Clean modern room, complementary water in the fridge. Secure underground parking. Shower worked so so, but bathroom was still roomy and nice. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location is not very good for site seeing if you travel without a car.
For E62 a night - including breakfast you really can't go wrong. Rooms are good, shower is good, breakfast is good, Staff is friendly and helpful and there is parking. It is a 10 minute drive from the historic city center. This is a very good hotel if you are in town on business. Otherwise, you may want to stay closer to the city center.
We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Venice. Impressive building but not anywhere near Padua centre and the historical town. You'll need a car (free parking) or you'll need to rely on buses or cabs to get to the station and the town centre. Breakfast was ok but basic - yoghurts, croissants, toast, scrambled eggs and bacon and cereal. All very clinical inside in communal areas - everything white. Room was a good size and clean. Relatively friendly staff throughout hotel. Wasn't a warm atmosphere though really, too clinical. Underground parking is good and free
The building is big but their services are small and horrible.Visited as family for one day while returning from Venice. The Ac didn't work, felt suffocating so had to open windows. Rooms quite small with no tea coffee arrangement.Breakfast was horrendous....very very very limited options. Too little amount. Just avoid this place. The staff in the dining area were not good also ,least bothered.
Just a simple hotel, small room with ordinary design, the fridge didn't work, no kettle in the room. Nearby Auchan and some shopping malls, quite far from the center, breakfast is not so good as well, staff are friendly. I would never choose this place again.
The hotel itself appears to be new and well planned. However, the maintenance is very poor. I stayed in this hotel on 20th of June and my observations are: - The hotel is generally preferred by package tour operators and therefore crowded all the time. The reception desk is too small and attended to by two people which is inadequate for such a large hotel. - Due to the crowd around the reception desk, receptionists are exhausted and rude in behaviour. - Bathroom was dirty and the sink was blocked. When I called the reception for remedy, it took more than two hours to attend. - Telephone and TV in the room were not working. Even upon complaint, no one bothered to attend. - Almost all hotels in Europe have the electrical adaptors to suit non-European connectors. But this hotel does not provide such adaptors. If one wants to charge the phone or use laptop, it becomes difficult.
