Outstanding and very friendly service and staff. Breakfast buffet is not missing anything and the restaurant is offering an excellent regional food.We were lucky to get an upgrade for room category for free. The view from balcony to poolside was very nice. The terme with two outdoor pools with different tempertures are very clean and well maintaint.Nice place to relaxe
Never this hotell again. Nobody greeted us, just asked for passport. I have a Concierge card. No upgrading, no "gift" at the room. We had to change room two times the first day. The rooms were not clean. The restaurant and the people who worked there were very nice and did a good job. The same in the bar and area with the swimming pool. This hotel should not be allowed to use the name Radisson.
We stayed here overnight whilst in Italy on vacation. We had never been to any place like it. The rooms are average but they are large and are clean. The beds are comfortable though our double bed had 2 seperate single size blankets instead of one blanket. The pool and spa area is amazing, we really enjoyed this and stayed around for the whole day. The water is very warm and I have never been in anything like it before. The steam room is made by the natural spring water being pumped up into the room and it gets extremely hot. This was by far one of the most relaxing resorts I’ve ever been to and if I am passing through here again I will be coming back. Highly recommend to stay here.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful hotel, but would have loved to stay longer! The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially for us "english-only" tourists. The room was fantastic, especially the very lush and clean bathroom. The food in the restaurant was great variety and good quality as well. The swimming pool is incredible with many spa areas and, when we were there in early October, a delicious 37degrees C! There is a smaller "cool" pool at a mild 30degrees..... This hotel is walking distance from the "regionalle" train station of Battaglia. The 1 hour trip to Venice is only around 4.5Euro! and quite scenic. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again.
The hotel, reception staff and general conditions were fantastic. The Bar staff and Dining Room staff were very poor - rude and borderline obnoxious. We stayed for the US Kids Venice Junior Golf Open and although the setting is great and reception desk staff are fantastic. The GM told us the bar and restaurant staff are 'Union' and he said he had little control over the quality of them. The fact the food/bar service staff were so poor we will likely not return to the event. Shame as the hotel is fantastic and reception / front desk staff were excellent!
Stayed here for 2 nights during our summer road trip, in the Majestic building. The hotel is a bit outdated on the outside, but the rooms seem renovated and our modern. Loved the pool, although it was quite warm at the end of the (sunny) day. We didn't find the food very special, but the service was very good and fast. Great place if you would just like to relax for a few days.
You have to be very careful at this hotel. In the main building the outside patio doors of the rooms do not lock (you can check yourself) and three of us staying there experienced a robbery why we were asleep in our rooms -- we were even on the second floor! I have never written a review before but I think people should know this. It's a great location but this hotel is nowhere near what you expect from a Raddison Blu
we planed to stay for 1 night but we enjoy it very match and we stayed another night the location is in the middle of nowhere but its a lovely one the hotel is abit old but the rooms are very good we stayed at the suite and its have a grate balcony the real gem of the hotel is the food specially the dinner (not the buffet) they have a set dinner and its superb the stuff is very friendly if you want to rest and enjoy a good food i will recommend to stay at this hotel
The staff gave us a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner, and booked a taxi for us. They mentioned it was a 15euro taxi ride. turns out the restaurant was closed that night (every Tuesday), so thankfully the taxi hadn't left yet and took us to another restaurant. Our taxi rides were 50euro. The next day, we had to take the local train to Padova, and asked the front desk about the train schedule. He told us it left every 20 minutes. When we got there the next day with our bags, we found out that the local trains leave every 2 hours, and had to wait an hour and a half outside. I'd just be careful of what they say and confirm yourself. Also, the resort is within walking distance of nothing. Either get a car or plan on staying put.
I stayed a weekend night at the Radisson Blu Resort, Terme di Galzignano, enjoying a large corner suite on a high floor with a commanding view of the valley. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was worried as I turned my car prematurely and entered a shockingly dilapidated storage and "construction" area that looks like a graveyard for hotel equipment. The exterior of the hotel is nothing to behold. Thankfully, I righted myself and found the front entrance. I was pleased, therefore, when I stepped into the lobby to two friendly Reception staff and a modern, comfortable building with nice amenities. The outdoor pools are well maintained and the grounds surrounding the facility are pleasant, with many birds singing their songs. In all, it is a peaceful and tranquil environment. One minor niggle--the signage inside the campus is poor at best. There are several buildings, none of which appear to be marked with any signs that can be viewed from the access road. Pay special
