Brand new property; but overpriced and with self-absorbed staff not really paying attention to guests’ real needs.
This is a beautiful hotel. A/C never went on and Tv didn't work 3 trips to dreamer at front desk and 1 maintenance guy at room never cured I was too tired to move rooms
This hotel is off the beaten track and should only be considered if you are driving and if you want to pit up with the rudeness of the front desk staff. BTW: The wi-fi the hotel offers is a lie, it doesn't work, it doesn't work! Try letting the "Francesa" character at the front desk and she treated me like I was a "moron" and kept telling me "it must work" well it doesn't. I went to the lobby of the hotel and finally got someone on the phone and it was working for as long as I could get the information I needed to go on my next adventure and then nothing! AND...if you think this hotel is relaXING FORGET IT! The housekeeper started banging on the walls with the vaccum or whatever starting at 8:30 am, it seems that the hotel staff wants to make sure that you do not sleep past 8:30AM.
