A Timeless Southern Escape 1008

Where ancient elegance meets tropical artistry, cradled in the embrace of cinnamon fields and tea-kissed hills.

5 Star Villa Holidays proudly presents Southern Province 1008, a serene sanctuary nestled within the legendary 9 Provinces Estate. At its heart stands a lovingly restored Walawwa, an ancestral Manor House where history lingers beneath 8-meter ceilings, and sunlight dances across yoga sanctuaries, tranquil ponds, and secretive chill-out nooks.

This is more than a villa — it’s a living canvas where art and nature intertwine. Friends and families gather effortlessly, sharing stories in vibrant communal spaces, while secluded alcoves invite quiet reflection. Outside, the estate hums with life — cinnamon plantations perfume the air, peacocks weave through golden paddies, and the hills shimmer with emerald tea.

The Space: Sophistication meets soul in this exquisitely reimagined Manor. Thoughtful design, inspired by both heritage and modern artistry, creates a bold symphony of light, texture, and form. Flooded with natural light, cooled by architectural cross-breezes, and embraced by tropical gardens, the estate itself becomes a work of art.

Twin kitchens cater to multiple dining spaces, while the estate’s café welcomes each morning with the scent of fresh espresso, promising slow, sunlit breakfasts.

Guest Access: Every corner of this villa invites discovery — recline beneath softly whirring fans, dine in artistically curated spaces, or gather on terraces where the sky turns gold at dusk. Whether you seek celebration, connection, or quiet retreat, this soulful home offers it all — culminating in a spectacular yoga and event space overlooking the shimmering 18-meter terrazzo pool.

Other Things to Note: The 9 Provinces Boutique Villa is offered exclusively to you and your guests. Your stay includes dedicated cleaning and maintenance staff, along with an in-house chef to prepare unforgettable breakfasts. For lunch and dinner, a private chef can be arranged to curate menus tailored to your tastes — with groceries and beverages pre-stocked upon request.
The villa features a balcony and 9 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Limited housekeeping is available.
