Newly built Poggio le Crete, with its modern and refined style, is made up of only three units that can be rented separately, which also includes Apartment Il Gelso.
The residence which is located in the hills of Soiano del Lago and is immersed in a large and silent green park with olive trees, will allow you to spend wonderful holidays in the name of tranquility, absolute relaxation with the advantage of being in a place that is very easy to to reach and strategically placed to visit the beauties of Lake Garda which is only about 2 km away.
The Wifi system is available throughout the building and there is a shared laundry room in the basement.
The property has private uncovered parking inside the completely fenced property.
