Guests should note that a Nespresso-style coffee machine is available, but compatible pods must be purchased from the owner. An American coffee machine is also provided.

The terrace is shared with other apartments but includes separate tables and chairs for each unit.
Air conditioning is operational in July and August, while heating is available in April, October, and December. Guests are required to bring their own linen for the cot.
