This place was terrible. Do not stay here under any circumstances. Unclean rooms and staff very unhelpful.

I would NOT recommend this property. The aircon did not cool the room at all. Had to ask for a fan just to sleep. The pool is very dirty and is too hot to swim in during the day, so pointless. No umbrella around the pool area so can’t even sit there to enjoy it as it is too hot. The internet does not work in the room. No towels and when I asked for some I felt like it was a chore for the staff to even give them to us. My tip. Choose somewhere else to stay.

the room wasn't ready. there was a dead cockroach on the floor and a stain on one of the beds. the staff was nice, and the hotel was nice looking, but it needs maintenance, and the pool was very dark at night because it didn't have any lights. it was a mixed experience, truthfully

Good for the price

The rooms look a little tired but we paid £33 for the night, which is very reasonable. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good. Short walk for people staying overnight for the fast boats.No complaints from me!

OK for a stopover

Stayed here for a night before we left for Gili Air. Conveniently located and very close to the harbour where the boat for Gili Air departs. Several restaurants around the area which makes it easy to find something good to eat. The room was very big, but there was a HUGE lizard in the bathroom (which the staff removed after we alerted them), and two dead (?) cockroaches. There was also evidence of moth (?) wings on the bed and pillowcases. WiFi did not work from our room, and we had to go to the lobby every time we wanted to access the internet.

Great location, close to restaurants, warungs, water activities. Hotel staff very pleasant and easy to deal with. It is cheap accommodation, we accepted the fact that the shower flood the bathroom floor everytime it was used, due to poor drainage. Pool area was nice and relaxing. We would go back to Beji again due to the fact of being so assessible to everything

Great Location with Many Amenities Close by.

Very nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. It is close to the ferry, many restaurants and local shopping, as well as spas and dive shops. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was excellent. The pool is very nice with a waterfall.

In need of renovation

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, but the rooms were old and in bad condition. The sheets had totally lost their original color, had lots of stains and tiny black spots (bed bugs?) all over. The outside-area and breakfast were nice though.

Bit of a pain

When we arrived we were welcomed warmly and given a drink and cold towels, we were then taken to our room that had large gaps around the doors, no fridge (we paid for a room with fridge) and a TV that did not work. When we complained staff told us that the tv was not working because of the wind, but it was a sunny day with no wind. They apologised and said we could have a free drink, but that was all. Only when I said I would phone hotels.com to complain did they offer us a new room with fridge and working tv. I could then see that there was a lot of empty rooms and they just wanted to get rid of the worst rooms first. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, staff seemed ok.

Better options are around!

The first room I was given had probably not been used in weeks. It smelt like mould and had something growing out of the bathroom sink. When asked for another room, it was with hesitation I got it. Staff does not know how to smile. I felt in their way wherever I was. Breakfast was average at best. The pool area was small but nice! The area felt safe. Overall, stay elsewhere in Padangbai.

Great value for money right in the harbour!

We had quite low expectations as many reviews were not great but this hotel was really lovely! We were warmly welcomed and shown to a nice big room, modern decor and very clean with a table and chairs outside the door. The only thing I would say is there was a Tv but it did not work which wasn't really an issue and there was no safety deposit box which was a little disappointing but they were the only things that could be improved on really. There is a pool and a garden, a nice selection at breakfast and right beside the harbour so 10 mins walk or less to all the boats to Gili, Lombok etc. Perfect stop over hotel at a great price.
