THIS LISTING IS TO RENT BOTH UNITS, 8 BEDROOMS 6 BATHS 2 KITCHENS 2 LIVINGS ROOMS, WHICH ARE EACH 4 BEDROOMS 3 BATHS, SIDE BY SIDE NEXT TO EACH OTHER.

Built in 2019, this home has beautiful ocean views. The open floor plan living and dining room areas are perfect for gathering all together with your group to enjoy the panoramic views, a movie on our 65" TV, and of course some great company. We have Netflix and many other streaming options. Each room is also equipped with charging stations (outlet and USB) at each nightstand which is perfect if you are coming to San Francisco for work. The kitchen is very well equipped with high end stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to cook a nice family meal. The home has a 4 car garage and 4 spots on the driveway. (4 off street parking spots) The rooms will sleep a total of 26 people total. The convertible sofa beds in the living room will sleep an additional 6 people, 4 on queen sofabeds, and 2 on the armchair sofabeds, (3 in total in each living room so 6 total in both units, putting the total count at 32.
The vacation home is heated and features 6 bathrooms and space to spread out with 8 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

It took us 1.5hrs after checking time to get into the property because the property manager did not communicate the check in time before hand. After entering the property there were issues with the water, it was blue coming out of some faucets and in others there was black debris coming out with the water. There were also mushrooms growing from the baseboards in one of the bathrooms. I had never heard of or seen anything like this before stating here. I’ve attached pictures.One of the lights was broken in the stairs and fell near the head of one of my friends. We ended up trying to fix the light ourselves.After spending around 5,000 to stay here for 2 nights, the owners did not provide even a partial refund to make up for their cleanliness, safety, and water issues.
