Enjoy the flexibility of two private living spaces under one roof. Step outside and you're just minutes from Pacifica’s beaches, hiking trails, golf course, and charming coffee shops. Street parking is available, and you're a short drive from both San Francisco and Silicon Valley.



Whether you're visiting for work, vacation, or a long-term stay, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and Pacifica charm.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.



For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month ($180 for winter season) for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval, maximum one pet only.

We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:

1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.

2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.

3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.

4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
