The early morning air at Mary Frances cottage is filled with the scent of cinnamon rolls baking at the bakery, the sound of waves on the beach. Your morning coffee can be enjoyed at the cozy fire pit just outside the kitchen door. The cottage is located in the charming town center, close to shops, market, café, bike rentals and indoor pool.

For a traditional holiday meal, there is a large roasting pan for a ham, turkey or roast, and an electric carving knife. You can start a tradition of Belgian waffles for breakfast with the easy-to-use waffle maker. The kitchen would make any chef proud: stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, quality kitchen tools. The kitchen/dining area is open to the well appointed living area, with a vaulted ceiling and comfortable seating. Amenities include an HD TV/DVD player and DVDs, books, and games.

We were there to celebrate my son’s girlfriend’s 30th birthday. My son rented a large home only a 30 second walk from our townhome. 18 of us total. Only wish the access to the beach would’ve been a little easier.

Nice for family outing

This was a very clean little house, just perfect for our family (2 parents + 2 children). It is centrally located in Seabrook, very close to the check-in place and the restaurants. The house was tidy, everything worked inside and all looked quite new. It comes with a gas fire pit in the back-yard too. One minor thing to consider was that the heating system was not too even. If you turn on the heat to make it comfortable in the common area, the upstairs bedroom gets quite hot, so we had to close to vent in that bedroom.

Lovely cottage

Extremely clean well furnished cottage, close to the town amenities and also the beach. We had a delightful 3 days staying in Seabrook, exploring the town and especially the beach. Loved every minute of it.

Good rental overall however a few things could be improved like having unbroken/chipped bowls and pots that are not so scratched on the bottom. Cleanliness of the home was average - there was dirt on top of the bed sheets and dirt on the floors when we arrived. There was also stain marks on one of the bed covers.

Perfect sized home for short mother/daughter getaway. And best location in the town! Nice sized bedrooms and we each had our own bath. The living space was nice and cozy with a large enough couch for both people to lay down and watch a movie. Will be back!

Booking and check in were easy. Brandon checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Cottage was equipped with everything, clean, nice, and charming as was the whole town of Seabrook. We went on the tour with founder Casey and found it fascinating. Brilliant idea! There was never a need to leave Seabrook as we had a nice kitchen in our cottage, great restaurants, wine tasting, beach, and things to do. We loved sitting out at our fire pit and walking around looking at different cottages as well as the farm. We would of loved having one more nice pan for cooking, but otherwise had everything we needed. We loved reading about Mary Francis who our cottage was named after. Our cottage was decorated so nice. We love the detail included in our cottage and the whole town. I visited with two of my girlfriends. Everyone in Seabrook is friendly and makes you feel at home. Seabrook is charming and wonderful. We will be back!

Relaxing and beautiful

This rental was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well updated. Well stocked with towels games, videos, etc. There's not a view of the beach from the unit but it's a very short walk down. I will definitely be returning to Seabrook. They are adding more stores and restaurants soon. I will be bringing more food to cook in the unit next time though. I would not recommend planning to eat out for the whole trip. We ended up driving to ocean shores to find a real grocery store.
