If you’ve marveled at beautiful old wooden boats and dreamed about staying on one then BOAT HOUSE is for you. This 1800 square-foot nautically inspired home features a wide-open first floor that`s great for entertaining and lounging. You can sit in real captain’s chairs in the casual sunroom while enjoying Seabrook`s first see-through gas fireplace (shared with the living room). The downstairs alcove features additional queen sized sleeping space (with privacy drapes) for those last minute guests. There is also a half bath on the first floor right next to the walk-in kitchen pantry.

Need to check in at work? Simply connect to Boat House's private Eero Mesh Wi-Fi system with high speed internet available to easily work remotely from your rental.

A huge 10' wide wrap-around front deck has plenty of seating and offers grand views down Blackberry and Bella Streets, located on Crescent Park which offers an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, and Fire Pits which are great for making s'mores much much more!

Across the street is the Elk Creek Beach Promenade (which leads you to the beach), a wooded conservation area and Crescent Park. You’ll feel on top of the forest, and the world, when enjoying this part of the house.

Upstairs there is a spacious primary bedroom with a private bath and two additional guest bedrooms that share a full guest bathroom. A laundry room with full-sized, quiet, washer and dryer units, is also upstairs.

The dining room features a sea glass chandelier and a beautiful large dining table (that comfortably seats 8) and sideboard made of the same teak and holly veneers that you’d find in the main salon of elegant yachts.

On the side deck is a large gas BBQ grill and access to the side yard. Relax in the hot tub tucked behind the garage.

BOAT HOUSE is full of nice touches that will make your stay enjoyable, including nautical prints and original photography by the owner. Most of the accent and furniture pieces in the home were custom designed and hand-built using teak, mahogany and recycled materials that are nicely integrated for a genuine nautical feel.
