We named this home Bella Vita, meaning beautiful life in Italian, as life is beautiful at the beach!
Welcome - you will find spaces to relax, play, and refresh yourself! Close to town and to the beach makes this a great place to play and stay.
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen that is great for cooking and entertaining. The dining room seats eight and there is room at the counter for three!
The living room is comfortable and entertaining to curl up with a book or watch TV or a movie from the DVD/Blu-ray collection. There is also a cute play area for the little ones under the staircase!
The outdoor deck has a spectacular view and room to enjoy the day or sunsets. There is a table to eat and there is plenty of comfortable seating with heat.
The second floor has a bunkhouse room that sleeps 4. The queen guest room has a TV as well as a Blu-ray player. The king primary has a Westin "Heavenly Bed" and a relaxing bathroom with a soaker tub. The deck off the master has an amazing view of the ocean. A great place to enjoy coffee!
The third floor has a queen bedroom. The adjoining media room has a queen sofa sleeper, foosball and large TV. There is also a 3/4 bathroom.
The carriage house has a king size Westin "Heavenly Bed" and a small kitchenette to enjoy. Also, it has a large bathroom and shower and table and chairs to have a snack or play a game.
Dogs are welcome and there is a small gate to keep them downstairs when you want to keep them in sight. Please do not leave dogs unattended.

Perfect - Everything we hoped for!
Our stay at Bela Vita was a special family Christmas trip, our entire family together for several days, for the first time in many years. We looked for a special place for our gathering and selected Bela Vita on the basis of space and place - enough rooms for all 12 of us, and view and access to the beach. We were a bit nervous because 'real' rooms don't always look like 'listing' rooms, but our fears were unfounded - Bela Vita is as charming, comfortable and cozy as it looked on the listing.
Space and furnishings were more than adequate, and we all settled in to enjoying each others' company, the charm of the home and the beauty of the surroundings.
The first night, as our family gathered around the kitchen and we soaked in their voices and happiness, we knew that we'd found our place for this time.
No disappointments, no hiccups, only the gracious hospitality of a beautiful home.
