Discover this cozy studio in Pacific Beach. Great place for clam digging, just a short walk to the beach. This cozy space features 1 queen bed, WiFi, kitchenette, and TV. With a shower and hair dryer in the bathroom, guests will feel right at home. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Full access to the courtyard, hot tubs and conversation area covered under gazebos, so can be used year around, by adults or in the company of one.
Full rules available at the complex or by request. A fish/clam cleaning station in the courtyard, also for your found treasures. This is a non smoking property. Dogs are welcome under 40 lbs. This building is non-smoking.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

Overall it was clean, in good condition, and good location. Not enough TP was in the room. There were no spare rolls, just a partially used one on the holder when we arrived. Bring extra!

Mary and Michael..were excellent hosts , had great tips for the area..great listners and big smiles...we stayed in # 1 ...cute retro studio..super cozy and for me 6ft 3 the bed was perfecto..2 minutes and your on the beach....very very reasonable priced..hot tub perfect ending to a perfect stay

A small historic building in a quiet, peaceful beach town. Mary, the owner, is quite friendly, helpful and laid-back, a joy to chat with about the area's history and natural world. A one-block walk to Pacific Beach State Park's short trail to a wonderful beach. Perfect place to relax.

Mary was a great host, she was on the property when I arrived and helped me into my room. The room was cozy and perfect for me and my pup, had a nice kitchenette and was right next to the courtyard. The location can’t be beat! Could get to the beach in less than a minute, and within walking distance to the corner store, restaurant, and some little shops. Definitely hoping to be back soon!
