Villa Paolina is a stunning villa with swimming pool situated in a quiet and sunny location in south-eastern Sicily, between Marzamemi and Pachino. The newly-built Villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a beautiful saltwater swimming pool and spacious, partly-shaded terraces, perfect for spending time outdoors for much of the day and evening. The cosy interiors, spread across a single level, comprise a large living-dining area with kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, equipped with all modern comforts. There is air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, barbecue and private parking. Villa Paolina’s strategic location makes it possible to reach the beautiful sandy beaches of San Lorenzo, Calamosche, Carratois and Isola delle Correnti, as well as Vendicari, the characteristic seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, Syracuse and the evocative baroque towns of the Val di Noto in just a few minutes by car.
