Vacation at Salvatores house

We had a great vacation at Salvatores house in Pace del Mela. The garden and pool are really big and are perfect to relax and have a good time. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures, we were very happy to spend our time there. The Check-in was easy and Salvatore always helped us quickly when we had a question. I can highly recommend it!

AMAZING !

Cette villa est tout simplement magnifique ! Convient parfaitement pour 6 personnes (3 chambres) , super bien entretenue, et super bien Ă©quipĂ©e jusqu’au moindre details. Jardin, terrain de foot, basket, table de Ping Pong et campagne avec fruits et lĂ©gumes. Seul bĂ©mol maison assez Ă©loignĂ©e.

TrĂšs belle maison

Une trĂšs belle maison faite avec des matĂ©riaux de qualitĂ©s, une piscine exceptionnelle , malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu s’installer Ă  5 autour de la piscine vu qu’il n’y avait que 2 chaises longue. L’accueil Ă©tait trĂšs chaleureux, merci salvatore, la cuisine Ă©tait fonctionnel sauf qu’elle n’était pas trĂšs Ă©quipĂ©e. Exemple, pas de presse fruit, c’est dommage quand on a des oranges aux jardin, pas de verres Ă  vin, pas d’assiettes creuses, pas de plats pour aller au four ce sont peut-ĂȘtre des dĂ©tails mais qui pourrait encore rendre cette endroit plus convivial. La literie est correct, pour 6 personnes mais il n’y a qu’une salle de bain . Des petites remarques mais malgrĂ© cela nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans la maison de Salvatore. Je vous conseille vivement cette endroit.

Tolle Ferien in tollem Haus

Salvatore ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Kommunikation sehr kompetent, freundlich und schnell ohne je aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes, trotzdem sind BĂ€cker/Metzger/Supermarkt etc. in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die online-Fotos entsprechen exakt der RealitĂ€t. Im Inneren identisch-rustikal, gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr leise air-condition in allen Schlafzimmern, von denen eines einen separaten Eingang mit eigenem WC hat. WiFi schnell und problemlos in der ganzen Anlage. Wunderschöner gepflegter Garten, zusammen mit dem pool-Bereich praktisch uneinsehbar. Zusammenfassend: nachdem wir in den letzten 35 Jahren etwa 30 FerienhĂ€user in verschiedenen LĂ€ndern gemietet hatten, ist dieses Haus das beste, das wir bisher gesehen haben. Wir werden dorthin sicher zurĂŒckkehren.

Paradiesisches Feriendomizil

Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Fotos! Sie war unglaublich schön und haben uns dort wie zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Das besondere an der alleinstehenden Villa: sie ist völlig abseits von Chaos, LĂ€rm und nervenden Tourismus. Wir wollten gar keine AusflĂŒge machen, der Pool so sauber und einladend, das ganze GrundstĂŒck so liebevoll bepflanzt, hinter der BezĂ€unung ein riesiger Garten mit OlivenbĂ€umen, TomatenstrĂ€uchern, frischen Basilikum und Minze, Auberginen, Zucchini, ZitronenbĂ€ume. Wir wurden vom Vater des Vermieters so liebevoll versorgt mit frischen Obst und GemĂŒse. Das haben wir dankend und mit Freude angenommen. Es war so sĂŒĂŸ von ihm, uns frisch gepflĂŒckte Kaktusfeigen zu schĂ€len. Haben also auch noch was dazugelernt 😄Salvatore, der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Mensch, der uns am Anfang sogar von der Autobahnabfahrt abgeholt hat und mit englischer Sprache uns alles genau erklĂ€rt hat. Er hat sogar eine Mappe mit Ausflugszielen erstellt und auch sizilianische, wichtige Informationen gegeben. Er war Tag und Nacht erreichbar! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse ist wie ein großes openair Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Alles so liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, wunderschöne Architektur!!!! Zimmer sind alle sehr schön und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. FĂŒr kleine aber auch große Kinder gibt es eigene Tischtennisplatte, Fußball-Basketballplatz. Das Dorf Pace del Mela kann evtl. auch zu Fuß erreicht werden, dort gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria, einen traditionellen BĂ€cker und Metzger. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, gibt es sogar eine Ricotta Fabrik, wo man aber sehr gute Delikatessen einkaufen kann. Unser Urlaub hat uns dank des liebevollen Vermieters und seinen wunderschönen Haus die Coronazeit vergessen lassen!!! Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an Salvatore und Domenico!!! 😍

Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

Dieses Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als ĂŒbertroffen. Der Zustand der ganzen Anlage stimmte zu 100% mit den Bildern auf der Anzeige ĂŒberein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und konnte uns bei Problemen sofort helfen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Traumurlaub

Abseits von Trubel und Hektik liegt das Objekt am Rande von Pace de Mela, unweit von Milazzo. Komplett einge-richtet und ausgestattet, eingebettet in einen schönen Garten inmitten der Natur, verwöhnt es seine GĂ€ste von Anfang an. Der schöne Pool, die großzĂŒgigen AußenflĂ€chen und Terrassen laden zum Entspannen und relaxen ein. Wir haben es genossen und einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort verlebt. Salvatore. der Vermieter, stand stehts mit Rat und Tat zur VerfĂŒgung und versorgte uns mit Obst und GemĂŒse aus seinem Garten, einfach toll. Vielen Dank!

Smukkeste hus til en uforglemmelig ferie

Nogle gange, nÄr man booker noget ud fra billeder, kan man ofte blive skuffet, nÄr man ankommer og ser, at virkeligheden ikke var helt som pÄ billederne. Ved dette hus og denne booking, var det fuldstÊndig omvendt! OMG - det er det smukkeste hus vi nogensinde har boet i. Der var sÄ mange fine detaljer i huset, alting var god kvalitet, lÊkre materialer, og meget gennemtÊnk og funktionelt hus. Men ikke kun huset var fantastisk. Haven, med de smukke blomster og palmer, dekorationerne med de fine sicilianske keramikplader, hÊngekÞjen hÊnger sÄ fint blandt oliventrÊerne, basketbanen til de aktive gÊster, terrasser bÄde pÄ solsiden og i skyggen - alting er gennemtÊnkt og indbydende lavet. Men glem endelig ikke, at der er den bedste pool man kan Þnske sig. Tilpas i stÞrrelsen, ren, indbydende - smuk om aftenen med lys pÄ. Det var varmt i de uger vi var der, men man kan kÞle sig ned i det udendÞrs bad, i poolen eller lÊgge i hÊngekÞjen, som er i skyggen. Huset ligger pÄ en stille vej, hvor man kan vÊre helt sig selv og slappe af og bare nyde omgivelserne. Man gÄr til byen og kÞber frisk brÞd eller fÄr en kop kaffe pÄ baren. Huset Casa Cinao er et drÞmmehus, som man har svÊrt ved at forlade, men til gengÊld fÄr man med garanti en fantastisk ferie. Salvatore er den perfekte vÊrt, og er meget hjÊlpsom og imÞdekommende, hurtig til at kommunikere. BÄde fÞr vi ankom, men ogsÄ ved spÞrgsmÄl undervejs pÄ vores ophold. Jeg kan kun anbefale dette hus pÄ det varmeste og jeg vil glÊde mig til at komme tibage en anden gang.
