Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 350 acres of paradise in the national forest. This Farm has been in our family nearly 50 years. From the cold water spring in the front yard to Little Piney Creek you have to cross to get here. Even a playground in the yard my dad built for my kids. Ride ATV's, bike, swim, hike, relax, and enjoy. The original log structure is pre-Civil War from what I understand. Just doesn't get any nicer. Located 2.1 miles down dirt road. You do have to cross a creek to access the property. You will need a truck or suv to get there. A 4 wheel drive is recommended but not required.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.

Secluded retreat
My family and I had a great time here. The kids especially loved the pond and the play equipment. We came for the eclipse and had a spectacular viewing location with no crowds. We enjoyed exploring both the property and the general area. I'd definitely recommend staying here, it's a lovely place!

Wonderful getaway and awesome host!
We loved this location, it was beautiful and lots to do just on the property. The creek crossing was intimidating at first but Travis was there to help and made it easy. One of the kids left something and he mailed it to us which was really awesome. Would definitely consider going back!

Paradise In The Forest
This place is absolutely beautiful!! You are literally in the Ozark National Forest amongst breathtaking scenic views. The farmhouse is roomy and very very well kept. Travis and his family are wonderful and super helpful people, they do EVERYTHING in their power to make sure you have a great stay. Sitting out on the porch at night all you see is the sky blanketed with stars. In the morning you get to witness the sun rising over mountains. It’s rays be just beaming, hitting the pine trees, welcoming you to a new day. Thank you for a great stay! Look forward to doing this again.
